Liz Williams is one of the best Physical Therapists I’ve seen out there in the Bay. She’s thorough, kind, attentive, and her breadth of knowledge is a real gift to her clients. I’ve seen her a number of times for myself, and I’ve sent quite a few clients her way. As a massage therapist, I hear about a variety of practitioners in the Bay Area, and only hear of happy, grateful clients when it comes to Liz.

Liz’s Passion for Movement

“My interest in movement began when I was a young'n —I think I was six years old when I did my first cartwheel. I spent countless hours in the gym as a kid— my hands often ripped from too much time on the bars; my mind always focused on how to improve my form. I'd like to say that imperfection of form has gotten easier for me, and I suppose in many ways it has. I still love a good challenge —over the past decade I have spent my time learning how to do yoga on a slackline, refining my handstands, mountain biking, and backpacking through the Sierra Nevadas. When I slow down enough to catch my breath I realize that while perfection of form is an interesting motivator, finding joy in the process is far more engaging."—Liz Williams, 2018

Liz has been a fantastic addition to my overall health program. As I consider myself an “older” athlete, she really takes her time to work through any current issues I might have as well as keeping me tuned up for the demands I put my body through. Whether you are an athlete or not, I would highly recommend Liz for her thoughtful approach to bodywork.
